Mengapa Dovizioso selalu memblok pembalap lain bila Marquez ada di depan?


Ternyata tidak penulis saja yang berpendapat bahwa Dovizioso itu memblok pembalap lain di belakang Marquez, crash.net juga:

Selama beberapa balapan ini penulis amati kalau Dovizioso itu memang terlihat menghalangi yang lain. Kalau di balapan sebelumnya terkesan menjaga posisi, maka di balapan terakhir terasa agak aneh.

Dovizioso jelas mampu mengejar Marquez sehingga posisinya bisa naik ke posisi 2. Tapi begitu di posisi 2, Dovizioso tidak lagi terkesan mengejar Marquez. Padahal sebenarnya jarak juga tidak begitu jauh. Sempat dekat banget.

Sebelumnya penulis menyangka bahwa motor Ducati itu nggak mampu belok, sehingga cuma bisa kencang di jalur cepat saja, tapi komentar dari Petrucci mementahkan hal itu:

Disebut bahwa Dovizioso unggul di akselerasi dan Petrucci unggul saat masuk tikungan.

Miller juga terbukti berhasil mengikuti Marquez. Namun karena

Pada saat balapan peberapa kali Petrucci melakukan usaha menyalip Dovizioso namun Dovizioso sering berhasil mencegahnya. Jelas Dovizioso punya banyak ruang untuk bisa menghalangi pembalap lain, indikasi bahwa sebenarnya Dovizioso bisa menikung lebih kencang.
